Nexus Upgrades provides discounted annual subscription upgrades using compliant regional billing methods. By using our website, referral system, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13+ and have permission to manage the accounts you submit for upgrade.

3. Services

• Upgrades are performed on your account or via family plan additions, depending on the service.
• Estimated delivery: 10 minutes to 48 hours.
• One‑year warranty: in the rare case of revoke, we re-run the service once at no cost.

4. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final once the upgrade is delivered. If we cannot fulfill your order within 72 hours, a full refund may be issued.

5. Referral Program

• Unique links: ?ref=CODE identify the referrer.
• Tiers: 5 referrals → 5% off; 10 → 10%; 15 → 15% (max). Discounts may apply to future orders and are non‑transferable.
• Fair use: self‑referrals, spam, automated traffic, or fraudulent activity void rewards.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with other users.
